Refund Policy

Prime Traffic School, LLC treats refund requests case by case. This page explains the usual rules in plain language.

When a refund may be available

We generally consider a refund only if you have not completed the course and we have not electronically reported completion to FLHSMV through DICIS or e-filed the completion with the clerk of court in the county that issued the citation. If we approve a refund, it is typically returned to the original payment method.

When we do not refund

There is no refund after completion has been reported. We also do not refund because you missed an election or court deadline, were not eligible for BDI election benefits, entered incorrect enrollment data, wanted a different court or insurance result than the law allows, or changed your mind after the course was finished. The course fee is separate from any fine you pay the clerk.

How to ask

Email admin@primetrafficschool.com from the address on your student account. Include the name on the enrollment and, if you have it, the citation number. We may ask for a short reason so we can see whether reporting has already gone out. Phone support is listed on the contact page.

Deadlines still belong to you

Asking for a refund does not pause a clerk or FLHSMV deadline. If you still need BDI credit, finish the course and verify the records as described in the FAQ. Checkout and access rules are in the Terms of Use.
